ottgts is used to quickly display what devices are in OverTime from
within HP OpenView. Ottgts is called from the HP OpenView OverTime menu when a “Show
current Targets” is requested. Ottgts then selects the devices on the
HP OpenView map that are currently being monitored by OverTime. If the device
is not on an open map, ottgts will open an additional window to display this
device on its map.
